Return Window
Eligible standard products may be requested for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Personalized, custom-designed, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.
- Items showing wear, alteration, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing components are not eligible.
Return Shipping
For approved returns not caused by a Futvora error or verified defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged before delivery, or produced incorrectly, Futvora will provide an appropriate solution and may cover reasonable return shipping.
Do not send returns to the business mailing address without written authorization. The correct return destination will be provided after your request is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing may take an additional 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Because custom production can begin shortly after purchase, cancellation is not guaranteed after production has started.
