Many Futvora products are made to order. Please review the production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.
Production Time
Custom and made-to-order products normally require 7–30 business days for production, quality checking, finishing, and packaging before shipment. Production time may vary depending on design complexity, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, delivery to the United States normally takes approximately 7–15 business days. International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.
Production and shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends, public holidays, customs delays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the terms shown on the storefront or at checkout at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once production or shipment has started, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Futvora cannot control or predict these charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation. Futvora is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery or for delays caused by customs or carriers, but we will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information.
